Through Svetlana’s wealth of experience, she has developed the ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve by asking the right questions in order to achieve the most optimal outcomes.

Melissa has a Diploma of Financial Services and a Certificate in Business Administration.  Melissa is highly competent in using available technology to source the speediest solutions to clients that are cost effective and of the highest quality.
